Ollie values your privacy and complies with applicable data protection laws. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled in the Ollie apps for iOS and Android.

1. Why We Process Information

Ollie processes the minimum information needed to:

• provide features such as the focus timer, focus history, customization, rewards, and access entitlements;
• sync app data across iOS devices and restore data through operating-system backups;
• understand app usage, diagnose issues, and improve the service through Firebase Analytics; and
• process payments and verify or restore purchases through the Apple App Store and Google Play.

2. Information We Process

Ollie does not provide its own account system. We do not ask for or store direct identifiers such as your name, email address, or phone number on an Ollie-operated server as part of normal app use.

The following information may be stored on your device to provide app features:

• focus history, including dates, durations, categories, and reflections you choose;
• progress information, including shell balances, owned items, and character or room customization;
• app settings, including language, notification-related state, custom focus durations, and custom categories; and
• on Android, trial dates, legacy lifetime access, and the cached status of a Google Play lifetime purchase.

Firebase Analytics may automatically collect or receive the following pseudonymous usage information:

• an app-instance ID that distinguishes a particular installation of the app;
• app and device information such as app version, device type, operating system, language, and approximate region;
• app launches, sessions, screen views, and tab navigation;
• aggregated feature events such as focus category, planned and completed focus duration, completed-session count, streak, and owned-item count; and
• on Android, purchase-related information automatically collected by the Google Analytics SDK, such as product ID, price, and purchase events.
